LOCATION:
The project is located in Camlı Village of Mugla City and it is 10km to Marmaris, 8km to The center of Gokova; Akyaka and 70km to International Dalaman Airport.
Camli Village has a local marina where the shuttle boat services are made to the Cleopatra Island (8 min.).
Most of the natural and historical attractions of South Aegean Coasts of Turkey such as Gocek, Dalyan, Butterfly Valley, are in 2 hours driving range.
PROJECT SUMMARY:
Project consists of 34 detached villas which are constructed on a 49,900m2 land. Within the project, the land size per villa is 1,467m2.
· The villas are designed in the “Traditional Mugla House” style which has an UNESCO award. All the constructions in the area are governed by the Special Committee of Environment.
All the villas have two floors and a basement. The basement is 30m² and the floors are 85m² each. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and and living room with a basement.
Each villa has an individual swimming pool and garden.
Each villa has an individual deed for the land and the building on it.
The project will finish on 31th of May, 2008.
Prices show differences according to the land size and the position of villas and begin from 400,000Euro.
