Hello, my name is Mehmet Yaylali. I was born and raised in Mugla, Marmaris. I am married to Nehir Avci Yaylali, and we work together as real estate consultants.
Education
I completed the first two years of my undergraduate education in Business Administration at Santa Fe College in Florida, USA. I then received a scholarship to complete the last two years of my Economics degree at the University of Amsterdam.
Professional Experience
After graduating, I worked at a 4-star hotel in Marmaris for a total of 5 years, serving as a Front Office Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager for 3 years, and Hotel Manager for 2 years.
I then ran my own boutique hotel in the Selimiye district of Marmaris for 3 years.
In 2017, due to the downturn in the tourism sector, I decided to enter the real estate sector, where I had some previous experience.
In October 2017, I started working as a Real Estate Consultant at the Coldwell Banker Marmaris office, combining the experience and knowledge I gained in my working life with Coldwell Banker's basic training.
In 2020, together with my wife, we received a total of 16 awards within the Coldwell Banker brand, including the titles of "Best New Real Estate Professional" and "Top 5 Real Estate Consultant in Terms of Turnover" in Turkey.
In 2021, we were among the top 3 in the regional rankings in the 2nd and 3rd quarters.
Since December 2021, we have continued our real estate consultancy career as Broker/Manager at DATÇA REMAX BADEM office.
