We've been renting an apartment in Mahmutlar for 7 months in 2022. All the process of contract signing was open and easy, Tuğba was very helpful and lead us through all the stages, including notary visit, registration of the water and electricity supplies, etc. All contract parameters suggested by us were included. Later, after receiving the ikamets, Tuğba was of great help with address registration, serving both as an expert and as translator to the local government officials.

On prolongation of the contract she was also a good working intermediary between us and the host. On leaving the flat the process was also very easy, deposit was given back to us in full with no delays.
